I need a new job. I work on step down unit. we get a lot of liver patients that are confused and combative and crap every where. I interviewed for a labor and delivery job but they over hired and now I am on a waiting list. I am so tired of the type of patients we get it is very stressful and getting on my last nerve. And the interns and residents don't help at all. I also have to drive 80 miles one way to work if I get the OB job we will move closer to work if not I will be looking for a job closer to home.
