Posted about 5 years ago Well I am halfway done with school and can't wait to start getting paid for what we do. What is the starting pay for LPN's near everyone else? |

| Posted about 5 years ago Sorry, I have no idea what the pay for LPNS would be now. Not checked in a long time. You can go onto sallary.com. that is where I go. Seem to be pretty good. |

| Posted about 5 years ago Out here in San Diego, the starting pay for LVNs is between $18.00 on the low end and hour to $23.00 an hour on the high end, the average is $20.00 an hour. That is what I was informed when I enrolled in LVN school. |

| Posted about 5 years ago California is an expensive state to live in too though (2 bedroom apartments rent for between $950.00 to over $2,000.00 a month. My apartment is $1240.00 a month to rent.) I don't know how high New York is to live in. |

| Posted about 5 years ago Thank you. New york, well Buffalo, a 2 bedroom apartment goes for about 600.00 a mo. in a good neighborhood. But gas is about the same. Our average is about 18.00/hr for LPN. Thanks for the info Evang. |
