Does anyone know where I can find some scholarships? I am a traditional student and I have a grant from the state or whatever it is called! I know I couldn't sign up for some of the scholarships at my school because of those two things! If you know of any let me know!

FastWeb.com has some listed. I know I have access to restricted scholarships through the honors society Phi Theta Kappa (for Community Colleges). I you have a high enough GPA you can apply for membership through your honors society at school. Have you checked with your local hospitals as well? Banner Health in Phoenix offers Nursing Scholarships. Good luck!

Even though you get a grant and state need grants from the college, you may still qualify for scholarships. Check with the financial aid office. Most of them have one application that suffices for all the scholarships for the college. That way you may apply for a dozen in one shot. Check out the fastweb.com as well, they have some great ones there! Good luck!

We have lots of scholarships here! Check out the education channel and look at the sholarship finder. Or you can find the link on the left side of the home page.

My personal recommendation is to find a hospital that will pay you back - tuition reimbursement and/or student loan forgiveness programs. These are less competitive and could pay your way for free.
