Ok, this is kinda long, but I REALLY need help…So I just graduated nursing school in December, and I finally moved out to New Hampshire to be with my husband, who is in the Navy. We have been apart the whole time I was in school in California (where we are originally from). The trouble is, we are moving back to California this December because that is his discharge date from the Navy, and after six years of service, he is very anxious to start college (which is cheaper in California because he is a resident, so it’s important that we move back). Because of this situation and me being a new grad and all, I have already been denied a job at two hospitals!! I even offered to forfeit pay during the orientation period, and they still said no! I am getting really frustrated, because basically I am being given only two choices: Either don’t use my license, that I worked so hard for, for a year, or leave my husband again to go back to California to start my career. It’s so frustrating and very discouraging, and any advice anyone could give me would be awesome!! Thanks!
