Hi friends
I am a nurse and I am going to immigrate to the USA.
Explain me please, what are the negotiable parts of my contract in America Except for my salary?
What are the common parts of a contract for nurses in The USA?
What are the benefits that nurses get in USA from their employer?
Thank you in advance

Much of this depends on where you are going to settle in the US. Basically, you can expect healthcare insurance, of which you will pay some sort of percentage, retirement benefits, ie you pay into a fund and some hospitals match what you put in up to a certain percentage. They hire you for a certain shift, but once you're working if an opening comes up you can apply to move to a different shift. If you decide to go to another facility, no less than a two week notice from the date of your resignation. Inservices on equipment, before you use it. I'm sure there are quite a few things I've not mentioned but someone else will
