Crocs has a closed back, no hole version called the Specialist http://shop.crocs.com/pc-419-4-specialist.aspx?reqid=419&reqProdTypeId=451p&subsectionname=footwear&section=products&gclid=CP6AqpGD2JoCFQJhnAodOFLT3Q

I get no 'croc stop' because that back sling holds snug, have arch support to virtually eliminate the pain I used to get & never had a toe jam because of the added padding on the top of the shoe.

The specialist is allowed in my facility that bans crocs because of these features.  If yor facility allows side vents, then they have the vented model of the specialist, too.

I LOVE my crocs.  I have several colors, my favorite is yellow because I have SPONGEBOB jibbets placed.  They go with my spongebob scrub tops. I get alot of compliments and my pts get a kick out of them.....GO CROCS!!!  I hate the Dansko's.  I have a black pair size 7 1/2, barely worn, it anyone wants them I'll mail them to you, FREE.

If they ban Crocs, I will lay down in the floor and have a tantrum.

Really.

Crocs:  Splashes?  Drips?  Stains?  IMMEDIATELY washable.  Spray them down with alcohol gel or bleach, rinse them off, and they're good to go!

How many times have you see office folks/administration sashaying around in open-toed shoes?  To me, that's gross.  I know I can wash my crocs immediately should the unfortunate happen.

I have tried clogs and I'm continually walking OFF of them; an issue I don't have with the fugly crocs.  Tennis shoes and nursing shoes wear out too quickly.

My Crocs are the kind chefs use.  No holes, no-slip grip.  They are very comfortable and they dry quickly.  Who cares if they're ugly?  My feet certainly don't.
