Should Nursing Homes be paid more to improve quality of care?

Posted about 5 years ago What are you opinions? Everyone wants more pay but would the extra money go to staff or education programs for staff? Stacie |

| Posted about 5 years ago nursing homes need to be monitored more closely by the state. Some of them are appalling. I know, I worked in one that was. The patients need better care. In order to do that, the employees need better pay and incentives to stay. |
