I know you have them. has been seen in the medicine room, sometimes the carts are moved down the hall while you are in a room giving meds, etc. One of the male CNAs reported seeing a very tall black figure going from room to room several times. At my hospital, we have all seen balls of light floating around. From what we have been able to gather from old pictures of the property that the nursing home is on there was a mobile home park at one end and a cemetary at the other end of the building. What are your stories?

We have a lot of pictures of wards where very strange shapes of light just appears in the developed photos. We don't think it is just overexposure of light- the eerie nature of them is just too frightening to think they are anything else but lingering spirits.

Not that I believe in ghosts... ;)

during my college years, i heard a story about a "flying nun." he was the newest student at that time and is living in the school's dormitory. one night, he had to go back to the school's patio to get the things that he forgot. as he was walking down the hall, he saw an interesting figure, a lady wearing an old fashioned nun apparel. out of courteousness, he greeted the nun but she just passed her by. he looked back and noticed that her feet was above the floor. he was so scared that he started running back to the dorm. the next day, he talked to the dean about the incident when he noticed a picture on the wall. it was the nun that he saw last night. it was not a nun but it was the picture of "FLORENCE NIGHTINGALE"
