I am a new nursing student. When I get out, I was thinking of coming out to California to work. (Travel Nursing possibly). Will I have to join a union? I'm not for sure how states that have nursing unions really work. What kind of fees are involved?

With some employers out here in Califiornia, you do have to join a union like with Kaiser Permanente but not with all employers out here. It depends on where you work.
