AFC conflict of interest

Posted about 5 years ago I own an AFC for Senior Citizens. State licensing asks for a annual health care appraisal for each resident. Policy states that a physician, P.A., or a registered nurse can complete the physical form. Is it a conflict of interest for me to fill it out? I do not do any other hands on care of the residents within our facility. thanks for your comments |

| Posted about 5 years ago I think to protect yourself and your residents, I would have someone not affiliated with your facility to do the physicals |
