I have had a change in my family situation and am looking for a way to work from home. Does anyone have any ideas for me. The things that I have found haven't been legit. I am an RN with a BSN.

I work as a medical case manager for a large national company, providing case management services on worker's compensation claims. I work from home and enjoy it tremendously, but have found it to be a very demanding kind of job. it's kind of like laundry -- there's always something else to do. But you should look into this. It's the only job I've ever heard of where you are well compensated for your nursing skills and knowledge and are truly autonomous, and there's no patient care required.
