I work for a company that seeded an LVN program. They guaranteed me a spot in the LVN class, and said they would provide a loan for education in return for a contractual commitement to their company upon graduation. I have already been accepted into the program, can my company pull me out of college once enrolled, even if I choose to pay myself?

Perhaps, if you fall below a certain GPA or make below a passing grade in any of your classess. But I believe this is with ALL nursing programs, no matter if they're employer sponsored or not. Why would you choose to pay for the program yourself? Is it to avoid working at the company for X number of years?
