ordered:100,000U
available is a 5,000,000 unit/vial
on the label for 200,000units use 23ml and for 500,000units use 8ml of diluent. How many ml's is needed for 100,000 unis

You need an answer for both vials?

Cross multiply.
You have (500 000 U : 8mL) x (100 000 U : X)
8x100 000 = 500 000X
800 000/500 000 = X
X = 1.6 mL if you use the 500 000 U vial

now do the same for the 200 000 U vial
Try to get the answer to see if you understand.
