TAKING CNA CLASS

Posted about 5 years ago Just wondering if it's beneficial for me to take a CNA class as I am trying to get into the nursing program. I have taken all my pre-reqs and I took the NLN entrance exam last year but did not get in. I have to get at least a 30 in reading, math, and sciene and then be in the upper 40th percentile of the class to be considered. I am due to take it again, next month and feel very confident. Just don't know how many times it will take for me to get in. Just wish they accepted more than 60 people a semester. |

| Posted about 5 years ago I don't have any advice about the CNA class, but for the nursing program don't give up or be too dissapointed. Your time will come. At the college I'm at they only accept 30 per semester and I had to take the NLN three times before I was accepted. |

| Posted about 5 years ago Thank you for the words of encouragement. I know I will get in because I have the passion for this and it's where my heart is at. I just have to be patient. I feel good about passing it next month. |
