how would you suggest I find a retired nurse or LPN?

Posted about 5 years ago Hello, friends: I'm looking for advice. i am looking to hire a retired RN or LPN to work as a companion with my beautiful wonderful mother, someone who is familiar with Alzheimers/dementia and is also willing to keep working with her on the posit science computer program we're trying with her. Mom lives in Philadelphia, PA. are their organizations you can think of that I might contact to find someone? Thanks, Rory |

| Posted about 5 years ago You might try an alzheimers organization in the Philly area. Also contact the state of Pa to see if she qualifies for aid for a healthcare worker assistance. Often times the state can assist you financially and make available someone who fits your requirements. my other suggestion is to contact local hospitals or social workers who may be able to help. Also, advertise at local churches, nursing organizations etc. |
