Posted almost 6 years ago When should graduating students go back to school for their MSNs? I have heard varying experiences, but I'm interested to know what the average is. |

| Posted almost 6 years ago I waited two years, but a lot of people I know went straight into. I think it was a bad idea - I'm glad that I had two years as an RN beforehand. |

| Posted almost 6 years ago I wish I had my Masters now, after 30 plus years practicing. I see many things I would like to change and without that further degree it's frustrating. I would agree that waiting a bit to go back is a good idea. It gives you time to learn what you don't know and formulate questions that will translate into educational objectives. |
