| Posted about 5 years ago Breathing is very good, makes your brain and body work better. Do something physical today, de-stress yourself. put away your books and concentrate on relaxing. Eat breakfast in the am before you go. Before you start the test, sit back and take a couple slow, deep even breaths and then start. |

| Posted about 5 years ago Thanks, Deb - I'll try to relax. Putting away the studying is going to be hard though. Ted "The smallest minority on earth is the individual. Those who deny individual rights cannot claim to be defenders of minorities." - Ayn Rand |

| Posted about 5 years ago I would be shocked if you didn't pass! God help the rest of us if that's the case! LOL Be confident, don't read too much into the questions, and take your time! You will do great! |

| Posted about 5 years ago Thanks, cswanson - you're very kind. I've decided to try to relax tonight, and be as rested as I can for the morning. I'll let you all know! | Posted about 5 years ago You can do it! Get rid of the negative thoughts, when they enter my mind I get rid of them as fast as poss. You have to breath and picture your sucess, tdage RN!! This is what my husband keeps telling me. You'll have to let me know how you did, I'll be thinking of you tomorrow. Where do you go for the test? I'll be doing mine in Casper, WY on 6/11. You WILL do it tdadge RN. Please don't pay any attention to my misspelled words or typos. Sorry I'll try harder next time. |

| Posted about 5 years ago Ok Ted, now relax, go out with friends, have a few drinks, celebrate it's over. Sleep, read a book that is not related to studying. Watch reruns of all the shows you've missed. Go see a film, Iron Man is wonderful, the new Indiana Jones not so much. Go hiking, enjoy life and don't forget to breathe. |

| Posted about 5 years ago Thanks deb - I didn't watch a movie (packed instead LOL) but otherwise tried to take my mind off of it. RNdrew - it was definitely over before I realized it. I just hope that's a GOOD sign. Thanks Samantha. I remember when I was looking down the front end of that last year of nursing school too - it seems like forever but it will be over before you realize it. Cherish the friendships you have and the ones you make this year - and take opportunities to network with fellow and future colleagues wherever you can. Enjoy nursing school - I know that sounds impossible - but do. I miss mine. I'll know by Wednesday 6/4 ...

and I've taken the Peterson practice tests and scored 60, 68, and 78 ... I think I might be in trouble.
