I currently live in Los Angeles California. I've worked as a heathecare provider for almost 10 years. I am curently in school to pursue my MSN in nursing, and wants to work as a pediactric nurse, in public health. |

Michele Praden RN: I never had to take a Pre-Nursing Entrance Exam....Based on my experience, I think you may need to do drug and IV calculations as part of it, I'm not positive. "Mosby" has good reference books...they may have one that would help you. Also check this website's store for books. "Books-a-Million" has a nice selection of nursing manuals and reference books, check them out too. www.booksamillion.com . www.amazon.com may have some books, I'm not sure. www.bn.com (Barnes & Noble) may be of help to. You can also do a google search. Just enter what it is you are loking for....OR....you can do this: "study guides" + "Pre-Nursing" , "study guides" + "Pre-Nursing Exam". Best of luck in your studies and career.
