What are the best treatments for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome? This article provides a good overview of the disorder, but is anyone aware of the specific treatments for it?

I waited so long that I couldn't even pick up or hold a coffee cup. I had sx and the Dr said it was the worst case he'd seen. To this day (about 13 yrs later) I have trouble writting for any length of time, but other than that It's ok. Good luck if you're having symptoms....repetitive motion makes it worse, so be careful.
