I just wanted to say Hello to everyone. My name is Kim and I am the proud mother of 4 girls! I've just started my road to becoming a nurse. I started at a Community College (where I'm at now), but I've recently been accepted in to the college I had my heart on (BryanLGH College of Health Sciences). I live in Nebraska, in the capital city of Lincoln. It's fairly small here, but one thing that is nice is the schools around here. I've decided to not get my LPN, and go right to getting my RN-BSN. As far as career plans go, I'm leaning towards working in Labor & Delivery. I'm very interested in the stories of others, and advise about nursing school. I start my actual nursing program in August of 2009, and any insight would be great!

Hey Kim! I'm new too :-). I just found out that I have been accepted to nursing school today. I'm a little scared though. I'm in the accelerated BSN program. We can help each other out hehe ;-)
