I have an interesting tid-bit hosital story when I was about 12 years old.  My friend and I were throwing grapes up in the air and then attempting to catch them in our mouths.  The only problem was that these grapes were kind of big and on one attempt I succeeded but the grape did not make it all the way down.  It got stuck in the middle!  I tried to make myself throw up, but the grape was lodged in there...

 I went to the hospital and they first tried to get it down into my stomach by making me drink a ton of carbonated soda but it didn't seem to work.  Then they give me some ipecac through an IV to make me instantly throw up, but that didn't work either!  Eventually they had to use that medal rod with a camera on and that was not fun.  It worked though, the grape got pushed down.....and then came right back up.

Now I encourage everybody to tell their personal hospital horror stories
