Posted almost 5 years ago 1st - I'm not a nurse manager...I'm just interested If your nurse manager or administration could do 2 or 3 things (not the obvious money thing) that would really improve your quality of life, what would they be? Mine would be: 1 - Ice machine! 2 - support us when the doctors act up 3 - get a new charge nurse with a sense of humor |
