I am currently taking a Patient Care Technician course online. I am hoping to be finished by October and be ready to take the Certification test. After that I want to start working. I would really like to get into Neonatal work and eventually become a Neonatal nurse. I love babies and working with them and I would love to help other families.

What my question is can I start working in a Neonatal unit as a PCT and how hard would it be further my education in this field.

And, What is the usual starting pay for a PCT?
