Posted almost 5 years ago I am starting a 12 month LPN program in September in Tennessee. I want to move back home to Alabama after I graduate.Can I take a mulit-state test for Tennessee and Alabama? |

You will take the test only one time. You can be licensed in more than one state. Just get licensed in one state after the exam and if you move, apply in that state.
