| Posted almost 5 years ago There are many NCLEX review books ot there. Just get one that includes the rationale for the answers. Read the rationale eve if you get the answer right. |

I am doing exactly what Cd has suggested. I am studying NCLEX-PN Questions & Answers made incredibly Easy 2nd edition, by Lippincott Williams & Wilkins. I am also following my friend Jackies advice, who also a RN. She has suggested studing the CD rom, of Saunders Comprehensive Review for the NCLEX-PN Examination, she suggested studiying that through and through. Good luck. I am a proud mother of three beautyful daughter. I currently live in Los Angeles California. I've worked as a heathecare provider for almost 10 years. I am curently in school to pursue my MSN in nursing, and wants to work as a pediactric nurse, in public health. |
