Posted almost 5 years ago I am a 61 year old career switcher - presently I am a CNA . Now I would like to continue my education - I have worked in an opthalmology office at the front desk, then in a radiology group as part of the insurance followup team. I have also done coding and transcription. I am leaning towards the MA because of my strong customer service skills acquired during 22 years in banking.
