Well after a long night shift, insult was added to injury as far as I am concerned.  Our hospital was recently bought out and the new corporation that owns us is having a mass drug testing, which is fine with me.  My problem is the way they are doing it.  It seems that if you were employed there when the sale was completed they use hair for the testing.  Today I got to go in and have hair in three areas of my head cut out.  It seems that they want to go back 6 months on any medication that we have taken or any illegal drugs.  My gripe is that new employees won't have to go through that.  They will just have to give a urine specimen.  I know it is just a little thing but it just rubs me the wrong way. 

By the way, my beautician and I had seemed to have gone scissor happy last week when I had my hair trimmed and my longest hair is probably 3/4ths of an inch. I am luck I am not bald right now.
