someone who cares, someone who listens, intelligent, agressive in treatments. someone who makes me feel comfortable and is easy to talk to , he/she should act professional at all times-doesn't matter what they look like (should speak English-a must)

a must have sense of humor, one that doesn't make you feel like you are sh&t because you are not as smart as them, very good listener to the patients and treats them for whatever their problems are.  Must speak English!  (my case the Dr can speak 5 different)

 I wonder what the docs would say about nurses??
