Hi! I currently work as an LVN and i want to continue my education and further my career but I'm kind of stuck on which direction to take. My ultimate goal is to run a Residential Care Home. I know there's some licensing required for that and I'm thinking about taking a program in Health Care Administration. Is that the right way to go? Does anybody have any advice for me on how to reach my goal. THANKS!
