| Posted almost 5 years ago Daytona Beach College (formerly Daytona Beach Community College) nursing program has a great method for taking report. They use a giant stick man with a rectangle for a torso. The head is where you record neuro info Split the torso into 1/2 top & bottom & each 1/2 then diagonally - resp/cardio on the top 1/2 & GI/GU on the bottom 1/2 Skin, labs, etc. have places all around the stick figure. You can mark where lines are, etc. I've been a nurse for years, but when my student hubby brought this home I modified it & scooped it up! Now lots of people at work use it to take report daily (we do it on 1/2 sheet of paper, then you can get 4 patients - 2 front & 2 back per sheet)
