One of our Physicians has this email attachment of the wrong way to answer the phone at a Gyn office.  It is super funny, he had a good chuckle as we all stood around the Administrators desk and listen to this hiliarous sound byte.   One of our nurses will mess with the new employee's by calling and pretending to be patients established and new.  She had one girl freaked out because she was yelling about not knowing who her baby daddy was....she wanted to paternity test like 30 men....and then asked her if she suggested she go on Maury.
