Posted almost 5 years ago As far as I know there is no online program to become a CNA (I looked). There are day programs you can take, five days a week for three weeks. The schedule is something like 8-2, depending on what you are doing that week. Where I live the programs are relatively cheap, and you get reimbursed for them. If you need any help finding one in your area let me know (I'm a pro by now at finding them ).

Posted almost 5 years ago I'm not sure if you can help me..but I am looking for a CNA program near San Rafael, CA. What websites do you recommend? I have tried the Education link on this site, but it doesn't lead to any CNA programs in California. Are CNA's called something different in CA? I currently work full time. My husband and I can't afford for one of us to stop working altogether because of the cost of living. Check out my blog: http://myfinanciallessons.blogspot.com/

Posted over 4 years ago You have to know what keywords to search online. I searched "cna training near california", and i got this website http://www.cde.ca.gov/ci/ct/rp/cna.asp . If you cant find one there, I can't help you, but it looks like they have every program in the state listed. I am working as well while doing my program. It is do-able, but tough, so hang in there!
