Posted almost 5 years ago Has anyone been watching the hit TV show called Hopkins on ABC on Thursday nights? What do you all think of the show? I am a little disappointed because the show really only depicts patient interaction with physicians only. The show does very little to showcase the hard work that nurses do everyday. If you haven't been watching the show, here is the link to the website where you can catch up on missed episodes: http://hopkins.abcnews.com/ P.S. I found it extremely fascinating when they showed heart and lung transplants!!! Very cool!!! |

| Posted almost 5 years ago I've only seen the show a handfull of times, but I totally agree with you. While I enjoy seeing the surgeries, etc, I feel like they are leaving out many of the other healthcare workers that interact with patients (particularly nurses!!). I do like the "real life" drama - I was getting a big tired of hospital-themed shows that centered on relationships (a la Grey's Anatomy). |
