Requirements This role requires an L.P.N. certification. MDS experience preferred, but will train the right person. The ability to communicate clearly, effectively is also necessary and affinity for working with the senior population. One year of supervisory experience is preferred. |

employers hire LPNs more anyway because they can almost do what RNs do and employers can pay LPNs few bucks less. It saves the employers money!
