Nutra-systems for dieting?

 I am getting ready to join nutra systems does anyone have any experience with them or using this kind of system for weight loss?

My sister's mother-in-law is doing NutriSystems.  She lost 3 pounds her first month which wasn't impressive enough for me to invest any money in the program.  I believe she is relying soley on the food intake and not exercising.  We all know that it is a simple formula for weight loss. 


                                        MOVE MORE, EAT LESS    OR     CALORIES IN < CALORIES OUT   


Make sure you have a good exercise program to go along with the NutriSystem and you should have success.
