I'm thinking of volunteering at a Suicide Hotline and I was wondering if anyone has had any experience doing that? I know it will be very emotional, but I think it will be good (emotional) training and I would get to help people. If you've worked a hotline (suicide or otherwise), what was it like? What was the hardest part?
