Not really related to nursing, but had to share!

Posted almost 5 years ago My mom just passed her due date (August 3) for her baby on Sunday and she went to the doctor yesterday and they said she was gonna have like an 11 pound baby! She is gonna be the biggest of all of us (Yes my mom is having a girl she is naming her Emma Lillian). She said that the doc told her that he wanted her to induce by Monday! So I'm gonna have a new sister on monday or earlier (if she has her w/o induction). Just pray she has her w/o it because my mom really wants to have her w/o induction. Just wanted to share.. |

| Posted almost 5 years ago Thanks, but I'm already a sister to 2 sisters and 3 brothers! :) Yep i've got a big family! Yea I just ordered a cake yesterday for when she comes home from the hospital.. they said it can stay for up 2 2 wks in the freezer and still be good! We usually set up decorations for when she comes home so we're planning that too! I'm also getting her an afghan with Emma's name, DOB, weight, length, and maybe something else I can't think of! I'll keep ya'll posted whenever she has it and stuff! Thanks for your replies! |

| Posted over 4 years ago yea, but that is okay.. thanks! Yeah she just got to come home this past Monday (my mom too!) lol! My mom didn't get to sleep in her own bed for the whole week! They are both doing really well now.. Emma still needs tests and stuff cuz her electrolytes went wacko and stuff, but they are a lot better now she just has to keep getting tests to make sure she stays good.. |
