I was wondering if anyone had any experience with patients that have the diagnosis of subarachnoid cyst. I have a 4 year old client who has an inoperable subarachnoid. He has a shunt inplace and is still having problems. Now after about 3 years after the shunt was placed the cyst is growing and causing more problems. Is there any pallative treatment I can offer to the family? What can they expect for this little guy? Unfortunately, the family feels like they are getting the run around by the medical community and I really have very little experience witht hese to draw from. Thanks!
