Posted almost 5 years ago I have heard alot about PICC Nurses, there is just one thing, what is a PICC Nurse? What do they do? What is it like in a day in a life of a PICC Nurse? If anyone could help me out, that would greatly be appreciated. |

| Posted almost 5 years ago I just answered this on a private email to smifftee but in case anyone else wants to know, I am PICC certified, it is a peripherally inserted central catheter, hence PICC, cert takes 6 month you must place 10 with preceptor and then do 30 a year you must keep tract of all lines place and re-test every 2 years to keep current, hugs all A busy RN is here |
