If you could make up your ideal nursing job, what would it be?Mine would be to have enough staff to accomodate the pt's acuity.We  would not have to look for supplies.All team members would work together, there would be no bad attitude,whinig or discord.The paperwork would not be as out of control as it is now.I could truly have time for the pt's and the families.
