Iam a graduate of nursing in the philippines. Iam an immigrant here.  I did not take the board exams there. Iam currently taking the review class to take the NCLEX.

What is the process of obtaining an Illinois license? What other tests do I have to take? Please I need more info.

You'll have to find the website for the Illinois Board of Nursing and read over any requirements for foreign-educated nurses.  I know in some states at least, you also have to take a test to show proficiency in the English language, but I'm uncertain of other requirements.
