LOTS! Too many to post here, but the major ones are shark's cartilage for CA treatment (yes, it works IF you get the right stuff), Echinacea for cold and flu season, Arnica for contusions and pulled/sore muscles, black tea for toothaches, ginger for sore throat and the list goes on. Most everything has had great results. I have used all of these myself except the shark's cartilage, since (thankfully) I haven't had cause to use it.

Sure...I'll check into it and see. But one thing I can tell you about back pain (assuming it's muscle pain) is that capsaisin gel works wonders. You use it like Icy Hot or similar products. I suggest looking for it at a place like Whole Foods or a chiropractor who practices holistic medicine.

I have had lots of experience with homeopathics and I can tell you from my experience that it works. My mom is a holistic health practitioner, so she's the real guru, not me. Just want to point out that the term homeopathic is a specific set of remedies, not an umbrella term for holistic/alternative/complementary medicine. Homeopathics are energy remedies. They contain a vibrational substance that changes the body's vibrational energy.

One good book to look at: 12 Essential Minerals for Cellular Health, By David R. Card.

Don't forget to always check with your doctor before taking any of these homeopathic remedies.  I have heard if you have lupus, you can not take echinacea.
