Posted almost 5 years ago like how people are tutors for students, can i be a independent nurse for the old people (cant spell old people in meidcal terms, orthopedics?) anyway can i work like that and be by own boss and make like 40hr? |

| Posted almost 5 years ago You can be an independent contractor and yes you'll make a whole lot more. However, you pay all your own taxes, all of your own insurances and retirement. You have to be better than everyone else, as does a travel nurse. You have to prove yourself every single minute of every single shift. You have problems at one facility, you can find yourself black balled and unemployed |
