Well for those of you that remember a few months ago I was offered the DON position, had struggled with saying yes or no, I turned it down. The position was offered again, more money and a cap on my hours, so I accepted the position. I am already feeling the pressure and it has only been 2 days. I hope I did the right thing, I left it that if I am not happy after a few months they will market for someone else. Say a prayer for me and give me strength...I am going to need it! This is a growing agency about 12 nurses so far. I am holding my breath!
