Hello everyone I hope all is well and I hope maybe someone on this site may be able to help me. My instructor gave us this assignment which requires me to interview a DON, Administrator, or Charge Nurse of a LTC facility. There are several LTC's in my area and I have visited a few and unfortunately when I tried to get someone to talk to me for an interview everyone was to busy and requested I schedule an appointment for a few weeks later. Well I would love to do that and talk to someone in person but my instructor gave us till tommorrow. I no this is extreme short notice but I just thought to ask around on this site. I had great help from Cdnurse before on a previous assigmnent a couple of quarters back. At the moment I am still calling around places hoping to find someone to interview so maybe I will get lucky, I know with the nursing shortage these facilities are extremely busy. But if anyone DON's, Charge Nurses or Administrator's on this site have to time to help me out it would be greatly appreciated. Here are the questions I am supposed to have answered.

5.What is the role of the CNA at your facility

6. What are the CNA's responsibities to the patient

7. What are the rules and regulations of your facility regarding CNA's
