Not one time have I ever regretted working an evening or night shift.  I tell you, I enjoy every aspect of both shifts.  My favorite moment was when one of my patients (a fall risk) was at the desk with us.  We had a small radio on low.  I looked over and she was shimmying and shaking in her chair.  it was so cute, I laughed until I cried.  Then she stopped, looked at us and said or I should say drawled, " Whaaaaattt?" then she giggled.  All of 98 years old and I just loved her.  She came  for in-house rehab for a broken hip.  But she never let it stop her.
