 mg101, I do not think anyone or at least I did not accuse you of misrepresenting anything, the point was made it is confusing for many when they register and misleading, you spent a lot of time hear going on about nothing, nobody is attacking you, but you certainly can get yourself into a tizzy very quickly. People are free to discuss anything they want to on this site and YOU do not decide by your proclamation that ANY discussion is or is not over, that is up to any one of our members to decide if they care to comment or not, you need to calm down. As a moderator on this site I spend hours reading posts and gathering comments of others to try and improve our site here, the profile issue has been brought up many times before. EVERYONES comments are important on this site. It is not your job to accuse anyone of being petty, everyone has a right to there feelings and to express there feelings. You need to leave your bully hat at the door.

Yeah, I just read that too.  Seems as though she is the only one allowed to post "truths about Obama."  Out of 53 current replies only a very few are not posted by her.  God forbid, someone posts a truth by factcheck.org or some other sourse such as the Governement site on Congressional votes weblink.

Busyrn: why in the hell are you bring up the points to me? I gave up on points months ago. Long after I gave up on points it was you who started a group about being fed up with points. remeber? Now, what the hell does that have to do with bashing the young and bright nursing students on here? Then, you turn around and bash mg1020 again. I am missing something here.  

I am sorry but I feel the need to bring this up. I wont name any names but I seem to recall some posts in other threads. Those pointing fingers to others about being bullying and nasty have done a fair share of that themselves. So lets all try to remember that we are all professionals and not in grade school!  We are all better people than this. I hope that when the election is over we all return from our cave man primate mindsets and get back to being decent people.

Yup, that would be rude and nasty. Do not see it as rude in ansty in the context cd used it in. I have never had anyone be as rude to me as busyrn has been I do not come on here orpost much because of her. I had some very nasty emails from her that I kept for a long time. I even posted one of them. She can not see what a mean person she is. There has been more than one new nurse and student she has tried to run off. Look at her posts to people.

 teamrn the answer to your question is nothing! But to some here not voting for O makes you the enemy! Small minded bullies but it takes all kind to make the world go around! So just ignore them.

Now to the original question. I don't have an issue with Sen. McCain picking a woman for VP...I'm just surprised about his choice. I admit that I was speculative at first about his rationale behind the choice but it's done now. There are a number of experienced and intelligent women in Public office with much more experience. And no, I don't agree with her views. For a candidate that continued to remark about his opponents inexperience, Sen. McCain truly trumped that with his choice.

I know, I know...but she isn't running for President. True...but she is a heartbeat away from that post. Skip the idea that McCain is the oldest candidate to ever run for this position, remember 9/11? Bush was talking with elementary school kids when it happened (this is not a criticism) but...VP Cheney was in the War Room calling the shots until the President was in Air Force One. Regardless of your thoughts about Cheney...if I had a choice between him and the Gov. it would definitely be him.

Anyway, that's my very boring opinion on this queston. Since I posted that last remark, I felt I owed it to Claire Kruszka to comment on her question.

I'm very new here (like 30 minutes!) and already something is compelling me to put in my 2 cents worth! I'll admit I didn't read all 22 pages of posts so maybe someone already mentioned this. It seems to me that if people want to make informed, intellegent decisions they would do some real investigation of facts. Real investigation does not include listening to and then believing all the promises OR mudslinging that has been going on. It also doesn't involve believing everything you hear from the media, and that involves Fox News and CNN. Snopes.com is a good resource for the BS that is forwarded so freely across the internet, regardless of truth. Votesmart.org is a website where you can look up voting records of anyone in public office. It scares the hell out of me that people are so uninformed when they cast their ballot!

 Annie thanks for the invite, on my way... I have been reading all of the posting by this member mg1021 not sure if she wants to be saluted or prayed too, I have not met anyone that could walk on water and knew everything there was to know,  wow, sounds a lot like my teenagers, they think they know everything as well, I did feel the earth shift though after that last post.
