I am an NP who is currently working as an RN. May nurses ask WHY? I left the NP position for many reasons including Salary-Same as RN salary, Long Hours, pressure to see more and more patients faster, lack of proper orientation for Novice NP. Overall, I am very disappointed in the experience I had as an NP, Has anyone else had similar experiences?
