I cheat on every diet I have ever been on. Seeing this group and its potential for positive benefit, I here by open this for us cheaters to confess their indulgences to wipe them clean from our guilty conscious....

My cheating today has been with too much alcohol. Through out the day I had: (ready...) one beer, two lemon drop martinis and 2 glasses of chard... I wonder how many ww points that would be,,,?

Hey NurseReece.....don't despair.  you may not need that much help with your diet after all...just quit the drinking...alchohol has LOTS of calories and can pack on the pounds.  Try a gingerale instead of beer or maybe some Vitamin Water instead of wine.  I love these drinks.  They keep me healthy and thin.

My cheating is usually when I am hormonal and that is with chocolate.  And I also crave pasta alot and that really packs on the pounds too, but there are times that I just crave it so bad I have to eat it.  What is that?

I have tried and failed so many diets - LA Weightloss, Weight Watchers, South Beach, Grapefruit Diet, Mayo Clinic Diet - you name it.  On South Beach I lost about 20 lbs in 2 weeks but once I started trying to eat a normal balanced diet I gained all my weight back.  I think the trick to South Beach is the combining of foods. 


I started selling Herbalife in March and of course in order to become a distributor I had to be on the products.  To my surprise I lost over 20 lbs and 28 inches in less than 30days.  I feel better than I ever did, more energy and off most of my prescription medications.  I thought it was all hype until I saw the proof for myself.  If anyone would like more info I will be glad to contact you.


PLEASE - I am not on here trying to push products, I just know how much of a battle it can be to lose weight and I know if this works for me it will work for anyone.

I tried herbalife one time, but I had to take pills (herbs) like 3-5 times a day and it was like 5 or 6 at a time (or more).  I hate taking pills and had to stop what I was doing all the time to take them.  I know it works, but it's alot of "pill popping."
