Posted over 4 years ago Ok so I am enroll at Kaplan University! I love the university and I have been going there for 4 months. I had a question for those of you who have taken nursing at online universities. They are accreditated (SP?). I know they send u to a local hospital to do clinicals. but my question is if at the clinicals is where they teach u how to give shots, blood work etc... pls help! i need to make a desicion fast.. and i cant go to regular school do to not having a sitter.... i have 4 children and beside the bad comments about online university i see it as something new and something that is totally legal. pls advice me as much as u can! thanks!! |

| Posted over 4 years ago Have you checked with your board of nursing? NC does not accept Kaplan applicants. Or at least they didn't a couple of years ago. I went through Excelsior and in my states, they were the only ones that were accepted. |
